Reliable Veterinary Technician!

Pet care experience

Hi hi! My name is Connie, and I am an experienced veterinary technician and college student located in Burtonsville, MD :) I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in animal science before applying to veterinary school with the dream to become a licensed DVM! I have worked at local hospitals such as Beltsville Veterinary Hospital, Town and Country Animal Clinic, Pet Dominion, and Burtonsville VetCo. I have experience with all avenues of medication administration and special needs care. Including insulin administration, bladder expression, surgical recovery, etc. As a veterinary technician, you can feel the utmost comfort in having me take care of your fur babies! When it comes to animal health and safety, I am well educated on chronic health conditions, toxic foods, animal behavior, and wound treatment. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby and I hope to see you soon!

Connie is by far the best pet sitter we've ever had! She is super responsible, fabulous with our babies, and studying to be a veterinarian so we know they are in good hands with her! We feel so much more comfortable leaving our girls with Connie since she is an experienced vet tech. We can't say enough good things about her, and how much our dogs absolutely adore her. I would highly recommend using Connie for pet sitting.

Awesome sitter! Love how my Bones was given 100% undevoted attention and given lots of love while I was away. He considers Connie his best friend!

Safety, trust & environment

It is very important to me that you and your pets feel comfortable with me around. Ideally, I would like to arrange a time with any potential client for a meet and greet session. this shows me your pets natural behavior around you, how they react to a new person, and gives you an opportunity to ask me any questions you’d like!

Information Connie S. would like to know about your pet

I require proof of rabies vaccination for all animals in my care. This is for my safety, and for your animals safety! Ideally, I would like to arrange meet and greets prior to any care I will be performing while the owner is away to ensure your baby is comfortable around me and used to my presence. I request complete transparency in regards to your dogs behavior history, how they are with strangers, how they are with other dogs, and if they have any history of mobility issues or orthopedic surgeries.

A typical day

I love being able to provide mental stimulation and helping them practice their manners! If you have strict training goals you are working on, I will abide by and respect them. If you just want your buddy to have the time of their life and maybe even go to the pet store or a trip for a pup cup, that’s fine too!
