Pet care experience
I've owned and loved dogs since I was a pup. I've had labs, dobermans, a bloodhound, beagle, coonhound, and mutts! I've taken care of some friend's dogs as well - a spaniel, brittany, jack russell, and a pyrenees mix.

Connie is the absolute BEST! We feel so at ease and comfortable leaving our pup in her care. She is so wonderful and such a great dog mom and dog sitter. I can’t recommend her enough.

I have a large fenced-in yard and my dog Peppermint (40lb coonhound) LOVES to play with other dogs! She can handle rough play and I recommend that your dog be of similar weight or more. If you are also a plant-parent, I can take care of those too during extended stays!

Please let me know how your dog plays with other dogs. Dogs are allowed on my furniture; please let me know if they need to be crated if I leave the house or at night. I do not feed my dog or other dogs any human food scraps. Let me know if it's ok to give your dog treats or if they are on a special diet.
A typical day
On days that I work from home, our dogs can play in my fenced-in (1/3 acre) backyard under my supervision and hang out inside. (Pic 3 & 4 are of my backyard) Please let me know how they handle on a leash with another dog and if we are able to drive to Lake Johnson or Umstead for a walk during weekends. I will send photo updates!
