Pet care experience
Almost 2 years ago, my friend found a cat on the side of the interstate who had been thrown out of a car. Then, when they went on vacation I house-sat for them. But before that, I had my own cat, Bips, who I got as a COVID cat (ask if you don't know) and he has been my little baby ever since. About a year ago, my mother and step father adopted Roxie (formerly Porky) who is a chunky (but all-muscle) ball of happiness and love. She's a pit-mix, though we're not sure with what, and Bips is a Black American Shorthair.

Conner is amazing!! He stayed in our house and I don’t think our wanted us to come home. He was great about providing love and play time to our guys. If he had any questions about their care - he didn’t hesitate to reach out so that he could make sure he was doing what we would want. And he sent us consistent pics and updates throughout our trip. Our 6-year-old looked forward to his daily updates and pics. Highly recommend!
My husband and I hired Conner to come to my home and take care of 2 cats and 1 dog and he did not disappoint! He was very punctual, follow directions perfectly (we have 2 medically fragile animals), and communicated with us (photos/updates) while we were away. I felt so at ease with him taking care of our fur babies and I could enjoy vacation without worrying about them. Conner was also very respectful of our property. We have now hired him 3 more times and have even taken our fur babies to his home when we were going to be gone for an extended amount of time. Our animals absolutely love him, which tells me he treats them in a loving and caring way. You can’t go wrong hiring Conner!

The more information I have about your animals, the better your experience with me will be. I have had people provide a text message to a 3 page google document of things that are necessary for their pets. My must-knows are your animal(s)'s feeding schedule and their routine in general. How comfortable are they going outside and exploring. How often can they stay inside before needing to go out? A favorite toy/activity is always a plus. Most importantly, Vet info is critical (but you should have this on your profile).
A typical day
Admittedly I'm always up for keeping dogs in routine. I have my own dog at home and while she absolutely loves new places and people, there's a limit. So, I tend to limit my exploration to what the owner tells me the pet is comfortable with. I have to say, my favorite park to take dogs to is the dog park in Hueytown near City Hall.
