Colton Pospishil grew up on a farm helping care for three horses, over 25 sows and litters of baby pigs, and five dogs (as well as participating in the raising of two litters of puppies). Colton loves animals--especially dogs--and specifically has taught our five Labrador Retrievers basic commands and also numerous 'tricks' such as heel, sit, stay, fetch, shake, lay, roll over. He has natural ability with teaching and working with dogs, but he has supplemented this ability with knowledge gained by online research. He has also befriended the dogs belonging to other people/friends of the family with ease. Colton has been responsible for doing all of the farm chores on his own on many occasions while growing up and in all sorts of weather. With all these characteristics in mind, I have recommended to Colton on a couple occasions that he complete the requirements for certification as a dog trainer--his skills would make this process happen easily; therefore, I have no doubt that he would be an effective and responsible caregiver for anyone's dogs.
