Colleen takes her role seriously and ensures she has all the information she needs to take the best care of your pet. She is very thorough. She provides lots of love and has a big heart! We felt very secure knowing Pete was well taken care of when he was with Colleen. She is compassionate, caring, and has a good sense of humour. I feel Pete missed her after we picked him up. I would recommmend Colleen and we have already booked a second stay for Pete.

I have two Mini Schnauzers that are a total bundle of energy and require lots of attention and love, one also has a medical condition that requires medication. I had to go away on a special extended family trip to the Caribbean for a week and knew that a standard “kennel situation” would just not suffice for my fur family members. This is when I contacted Colleen. I knew immediately that she was a kind and gentle soul perfect to care for my boys. Colleen made sure that we communicated all of their needs that exceeded my expectations for their stay with her, from their diet requirements to their walking schedules and of course play time with their stuffies etc. When I returned home I found them as content or maybe even happier that they had a vacation away from us as well. I would have Colleen look after them in a heartbeat should the need arise again. Colleen’s attention to their needs coupled with her calm and gentle demeanour makes her the perfect sitter for us.
