Colleen and I worked together for almost a decade before she retired. I called her my "work mom" because she is one of the most caring, kind, and compassionate people I know. Colleen cares a lot and she also takes pride in what she does and whatever her task is she works to the best of her ability! Although Colleen has never cared for our pets (luckily for us Grandma and Grandpa live nearby) she is one of the people on my very, very short list that I would have watch or care for my children.
