Colleen was just what Norman needed. Norman is a sensitive, senior dog who doesn’t like being alone, and also needs some support for things like going up steps. Colleen was great with him - She made sure to help him up the steps, she stayed with him the whole time (they chilled and watched movies!), gave him his meal & CBD, took him for potties in rain (which he despises ha). When she fed him dinner, he ate the whole thing, which is a good sign he was comfortable with her because he doesn’t usually eat when with a new person. Colleen was very responsive and accommodating - she even got up very early to let us drop off Norman. She’s a super attentive and caring person!
