My family and I have owned cats for many years, and my children (ages 10 & 12) have done pet sitting for both dogs and cats in the past (references available upon request). My husband has owned several dogs and is experienced with their care. We would love playing with and offering companionship to your dog while you're away! All of your pets needs will be met and they will return to you happy and healthy!

Colleen & Miss Sophia were WONDERFUL! I was able to enjoy my college graduation without having to worry our 11 month old great dane would destroy our Christmas tree. We were kept up to date with texts & photos just to reassure us that everything was going well. Not only are we extremely grateful to have found Colleen but Kodi our Great Dane loved her, & her daughter, too :)
Colleen has a love for animals that's is clearly contagious! In fact, she's passed her passion on to her daughter Sophia. So, when my family plans on being out of town for a long weekend, a holiday or an extended vacation, the first person I call to take care of my cats & dog is Colleen. Our dog, Bailey, is rather particular about her caretakers, but when Colleen & Sophie came over for an "introduction" chat with Bailey, she warmed up to them right away. We were on vacation for over a week, but It wasn't long before Bailey convinced them to take her for daily walks and I'm pretty sure they had lots of "fetch" time with Bailey's toys. It's always hard to leave are beloved pets behind, but leaving them in the trusted care of Colleen makes going away a lot easier. I'd highly recommend her!
It is always difficult to find a person to rely on to watch your pets while you are away, but I was grateful that Colleen along with her daughter Sofia was willing to watch my 3 cats. Pet whisperer family! Usually my old cranky cat doesn't allow anyone near her, but Sofia picked her up gently and carefully to protect her old hips and sat with her without protest or issue. They also followed all the instructions for medication and feeding and my cats were so happy to see her each time she came to care for them. Very reliable and responsible being pet owners themselves, she even has a turtle so she has experience caring for several domestic pets. I highly recommend Colleen for your pet sitting needs, you will have a great time away knowing they will be properly cared for!
