I volunteer at an animal shelter caring for dogs and cats. I have taken in end of life hospice cats hoping to make their last bit of life comfortable and loving. I make trips to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah to volunteer with dogs. I have experience administering oral medications and have homed a diabetic cat requiring daily insulin shots. I am looking forward to meeting your fur baby!

Hello my name is Marjorie Lee and I have been friends with Colleen Esquivel for over 20 years. We share a love for all animals and have volunteered together at Best Friends Animal Society in the past. We were both flight attendants when we met and she would happily dog sit my furry baby Rachel, my beloved Pekingese. Colleen is so sweet and caring to my special needs chihuahua. He adores her, and he doesn’t warm up to anyone but me very easily. She is always on time to walk and feed him. I travel for work and am gone 5 days a week sometimes. It makes me feel so much better knowing that she is checking on him. He became ill when I was out of town and she was an enormous help. He might not have survived if she hadn’t noticed that he wasn’t himself. Your dog is in good hand with this lady.

I live near 2 fantastic dog parks plus one that’s in my community. I live in a 3 bedroom townhome with my 14 year old daughter who, like me, is a huge animal lover. I work from home and will be available to walk your dog at any time. I have a cat named George. I have had him for over 19 years. He is a very vibrant cat for his geriatric age and doesn’t mind dogs as long as they don’t mind cats. Your fur baby will be given tons of love and cuddles and have someone around to play pretty much at all times! I look forward to meeting you and your baby!

I would like to know the basics about your baby: eating schedule (amount etc), how often for potty walks and any special instructions in caring for your dog. I would also need to confirm that they will be ok with my elderly cat.
A typical day
I have several options for walks near me. There are several trails nearby plus dog parks. If your dog likes car rides we can take him/her in the car with us. If your dog loves fetch we’d be happy to indulge him/her in long games of fetch. Whatever your dog loves to do at home we’d be happy to accommodate the same in our home.
