As always Colleen and Scott were great! Colleen is great about sending pics and updates. So nice to know Romeo is in such good hands when we're away! They're always my first choice when we go out of town!

Colleen did a great job taking care of Otis. She sent frequent updates and pictures, which made us feel more at ease about being away from our little guy. She also sent him home with a gift which was very thoughtful and kind!

Amazing! I am always nervous to board my dog and this was my 1st time using Rover so there was an added layer of nervousness. Colleen and Scott were great with Harvey. I constantly received updates, videos and pictures. They truly treated him like their own. Harvey even received a special little gift bag upon his departure. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. I
will definitely be using Colleen and Scott again ...

What Colleen would like to know about your dog

I would like to know what your dog's normal routine includes. Does your dog have any medical issues? Does your dog like long or short walks? Is your dog allowed to have dog treats? Does your dog sleep in the "people bed", the couch, a dog bed or a crate? Does your dog chew on furniture, blankets, or anything else? Is your dog housebroken? How often and at what time does your dog eat?
