I am Colleen Brite and I care for small dogs in my brand new building. All dogs under 30 lbs. A place where you can be sure that your little dog will not be trampled on squashed or bullied. Your dog can stay all day in my beautiful custom built 600' dog house which has been designed as a luxury small dog studio. We are all about fun and compatible dogs napping, playing and romping while getting some much needed exercise. Nice large fenced in area for frolicking and potty breaks as desired, If your dog prefers a lap we have warm laps available all day. I have many beds set up in many different areas so that a shy or older pup may hide like some do. We also provide dog grooming so your dog can have a bath while here and come home smelling so pretty for an additional $20.00 I am a long time dog owner and love what I do. I treat your dog like one of my own. About this sitter: I have been a dog lover since I remember, once I was old enough I began scooping out the local dog pounds, which broke my heart seeing the the amount of dogs and soon to be killed, so I began adopting and soon found myself owning 4 dogs, they replaced the void of my not being able to have children so obviously they became my family, so I began revolving my life around them, friends and family fascinated on how well behaved my fury family was / is, so the next thing you know I became a dog sitter. I have a toy poodle with epilepsy which needs daily medication several times a day, I have also administrated insulin shots to my friends dog with diabetes. I built my garage into a spacious luxury dog house meant for free play, a special design just for dogs, however due to my small dog clientele I notice they are intimidated by big dogs we are unable to accept dogs over 30 lbs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I can remember, growing up I have always had dogs, when I got older, I rescued my own from the pound, she was my life but I shared her with my sister/ roommate, I felt I needed more time with her so I rescued another dog from the pound, they were very well behaved and brought such joy to my life. When I found out I was unable to have children , I figured why not get one more, the laughter and joy my fury kids gave me was more then any human could give to me so I decided to get one more. I bought a suburban SUV for my fury family and lived my life around them. I bought a house and transformed the garage into a 600' luxury dog house, I customized the furniture and the floor just for small dogs so it was easier for them to be comfortable without having to struggle. People would comment on how well behaved and obedient my fury family is, so when a family member or friend went away, I was the one they would call to watch their precious loved ones, when they came back from their vacation or business trip their pups don't want to leave. Meet my pets I have two 12 lb poodles very friendly and playful, they enjoy the company of other small dogs. About my yard I have a huge fenced in yard, then 1/3 of an acre not fenced in, and a lake in front of my house, on a dead end road. My experience administering medication Yes my dog has epilepsy and needs medication several times a day. My friends dog has diabetes and I sometimes give the insulin shots.
