Dogs > Humans

Pet care experience

I've spent my entire 32 years surrounded by dogs. From my very first friend, Max, to my current pup, Stella Blue, I have never been without canine companionship. My senses of empathy and loyalty has been shaped by observing the way dogs relate to their humans. They are always the first to greet you in the morning or upon coming home, the last to rest by you at night, and will perform the same routine daily throughout their lives, never lacking genuine enthusiasm and love. I deeply understand the power of the dog/human bond, and would treat your furry kids with the same responsibility and affection I would my own. In addition to decades of being a friend to my dogs, I have been a dog and house sitter on-and-off since I was twelve, taking the bus to the homes of my "clients" or staying while their humans are on vacation. I was even a foster parent for a rescue organization, having as many as five dogs and seven cats in my home at once, all with unique needs and some with delicate medical conditions. I love animals deeply and would be grateful to provide yours with whatever care they might need.

Colin was a lifesaver when I had to go out of town last minute! Within minutes Colin accepted my same day request to stay with the dogs. He’s watched them once before, and both times he was great with them! Excellent communication, always keeps the place clean, and the dogs are always tired when we get home. Would definitely recommend Colin to watch your pups!

Colin was great and Chess obviously loved him based on the pictures of her sprawled in his lap all weekend! :) Great communication and easy to work with in all respects, would be glad to work with Colin again!

Colin was great with our pups! Our dogs warmed right up to him. It was our first time leaving our two dogs at home with an in home pet sitter. I all went very smooth, we will happily book with Colin again! Colin was a great communicator, he was quick to reply and sent pictures & videos of our dogs while we were away. We came back to happy and tired dogs, and a clean home. I am happy to have found a responsible and dependable pet sitter!

Collin watched our dogs for ALL OF 5 MINUTES, BEFORE HE LET THE OUT OF OUR HOUSE, OFF LEASH, AND OUR RARE "KAI KEN" WAS HIT BY A CAR. Not ONLY WAS HE IN NEED OF MOTIVATION, but, HE HAD "NO" EMPATHY For our dog. I Would NEVER RECOMMEND "ROVER " Or COLLIN to EVER Be RESPONSIBLE FOR A PET, MUCH LESS YOUR HOME. There is SO much more to this situation and it is Agonizing. The ONLY GREAT NEWS is that I flew back from vacation to finally work with neighbors to find and get our KAI, to a vet, after surgery and trauma he is not close to 100%, yet he is alive and SO LOVED.
