She just didn't show up to watch my dogs after I already paid through the app. She came the day before and I showed her around and then the next day I checked my furbo camera and no one has showed up. She won't respond to any of my messages either. She was supposed to be there around 2pm to let them out and it's 8pm now and I haven't heard anythin. My dogs haven't been let out or fed and I'm hours away. Absolutely furious. This is disgusting. She should not be allowed to pet sit on this app. This is literally animal abuse.

Colette really helped me out when I was in a bind. She was quick to respond, very pleasant to work with, an excellent communicator, very caring ,and great with follow up . She sent pics and video of Tyson and made sure he was safe and secure. I really appreciate the job she did for me and Tyson. I would recommend her.
