I have been working for my sister the past 4 summers. She has 8 hunting dogs (labs) at any time with high energy and big appetites for affection, so i can handle big or small and energetic and relaxed. She also runs a luxury cabin rental business with three locations that are about as good as any home, so I also have experience in maintaining a clean living environment should I also be house sitting. My responsibilities with the dogs includes playing fetch for at least 15 minutes a day, feeding (being extra careful to make sure a fight doesn’t occur), checking kennel environment (temperature, clean water, no hazards, etc.), and giving lots of pets and attention. I also like to think that I am good at communicating with dogs and can avoid confusion should I know all the commands they have been trained with.
