The first time we booked Coleen we had a great experience. The second time, not so much. We had left extremely early, about 7 am, to go out of town. We have a Nest so we can see when anything happens in our cul-de-sac. It was late afternoon when I texted her asking if she had checked on the dogs - she said she had checked on the dogs and cuddled with them all morning and had to leave to babysit. I said we had a Nest and saw she had never come to house - she said “I was super in and out your camera didn’t catch me” - which isn’t true because our camera catches everything. Anyways, fast forward 15 hours and I had to call a friend in between this time to let our dogs out because she never came. She ended up coming around 10 pm and texting me to leave for “lunch plans” around 1 Pm the next day. Unfortunately I wouldn’t book her again. If you have plans and can’t watch our dogs, be honest - don’t just take our money. If you have other things to do, be honest and decline. It’s taken me a few weeks to write this review but other dog owners should be aware.

Coleen was amazing! From showing up exactly when she said she would to sending us update texts a few times a day, Coleen was exactly what we hoped for and more. She was our house/dog sitter when we traveled, and although we were initially nervous leaving our dog and house to a “stranger” we were immediately comforted when she arrived with a Big smile and eager to learn our expectations and eager to meet our dog. She stayed at our apartment over the weekend and our dog had a great time. She even did the dishes and laundry of the bed she was staying in! Overall, we could not have been more impressed and will be using Coleen anytime we are out of town.
