Hi there, I’m Colby, born and grown in Baltimore. *COVID Update*: I keep my germ-pod very small, wear a mask whenever I leave the house, and promise to clean whatever surfaces I touch in your house. I'm open to getting tested before house sitting upon request. I so appreciate the people who give me the chance to connect with sweet furry creatures all over the city, practice my amateur, positivity-based dog training, and play outside! I use they/them pronouns. You'll find me to be a reliable, personable, and thoughtful person who loves dogs (puppy - senior). I love animals of all kinds and have really enjoyed sitting through Rover - I get to share space with so many doggy personalities. I've had the chance to learn from two amazing dog trainers in Baltimore, so I’ve picked up a few things about training dogs gently and effectively - by reading their body language. I am willing to work with dogs of any size and temperament, and will not let your training go to waste -- I help them practice polite behavior on and off leash, reward their calming signals to encourage self-regulation, and continue whatever training you've established. Whether you need someone to water the plants, feed the rabbit, or walk the dog when you're away, I hope to be a resource! I can provide references upon request.
