Pet care experience
Over 15 years of experience with owning and caring for my own pups and horses and cats, and 6 years experience with in-home dog sitting and walking. Experienced with dogs of all sizes and ages, from pups to seniors! I have experience with chihuahuas and corgis, labs and shepherds, all the way up to big Great Pyrenees. I am patient and flexible with your dog and their needs, it's all about their health and happiness. Whether your dog is blind, needs oral medications, or is as healthy as can be, I can handle it! Colby exceeded my expectations in caring for my dog and my cat. I received multiple updates and several pictures from her on how they were doing. I think the best unsolicited comment came from my neighbor when I told him I'd been away he said "I know, I saw Koko out being walked a lot. Your pup was well loved while you were gone." I highly recommend Colby and am so happy to have found a perfect petsitter. It's difficult to leave one's furbabies but I had no worries for them with Colby. In fact, I don't think they missed me at all, which I think is the best recommendation I can give.
Colby watched our dogs twice, both times over an extended period of time. We couldn't be happier with Colby. Both our dogs have their own idiosyncrasies, but Colby was able to deal with their peculiarities and bond with them. I have complete trust in Colby and would not hesitate to leave our dogs in her care again. In fact, she would be my number one choice.
Colby has taken care of our two Labrador Retrievers on several occasions when we have gone out of town, staying at our house overnight each time. She is incredibly responsible and truly cares about the animals. I never have any worries while I am out of town when she is in charge. One of our labs is blind and requires extra attention and care, Colby does an amazing job with her and her special needs. I couldn't recommend her more!
