Pet care experience
I have a very flexible, open schedule because I am a college student at the University of South Florida. I have loved dogs my whole life and I have had dogs for a majority of my life and I also raise Guide Dogs. I am available all days of the week. I am available to walk dogs and puppy sit, however, I am not able to board the dogs because I live in a dorm. I know a lot about taking care of and training dogs due to my experience with raising guide dogs. With my mom, I have raised a total of six service dogs and am very use to the training processes for dogs. I have experience with both small and large breeds.

Colby has always had a gift with animals, most recently having raised a guide dog puppy, even taking him to school and sports practices with her every day. He went with her everywhere she went. She trained him in obedience and general manners. Colby is trustworthy and thorough and strives to do a good job and all she does. She has been working with dogs since she was born, but more purposefully for the last 10 years. She always goes above and beyond what she has asked to do.
Hello, Colby is a puppy-raiser and raises puppies with Southeastern Guide Dogs. She takes the puppy at a month old or so and keeps it with her for around 18 months. During this time, the puppy is with her day and night and she helps to socialize the dog so it can become familiar with many social situations. This includes taking it to school, to church, to a theater or just about any social gathering. After the socialization period, the puppy to go back to SEGD and begins its formal training to become a service dog. This makes Colby very well suited for caring for anyone's dog! Colby is also very mature, smart and very sweet so will treat an animal with the best care. David
