Honest and Reliable Dog Sitter

Pet care experience

I’m a friendly, charismatic, and fun-loving sitter who puts the happiness and safety of your pup first. Dogs who stay with me will enjoy a warm, loving home away from home — and maybe a few adventures! I had my best pal Ozzie, who was a Dalmation Staffordshire rescue pup that my family adopted when I was in late high school. We started out as fosters for him, then we decided to make him family. Unfortunately, Ozzie passed away a bit ago, which was hard, but he had an amazing 13 years here, and I wouldn't trade those memories for the world. My clients like my warm personality and genuine interactions. I love meeting new people and helping in any way that I can, because at the end of the day, that is what matters most. I intend to do just that, in the nicest, most sincere and professional, and personal way possible. I am an adventurer! I love seeing and trying new things. I also love repeating old things, usually with friends! I try new food from all types of cultures, go explore art at local galleries, attend theatrical productions of all kinds, travel to nature for hikes and reflection. I also engage in a few artistic endeavors myself, which makes me very happy. I am an artist and designer (graphic, exterior and interior). Since I work from home, I can dedicate my time and attention to caring for your pup.

Cody was nice and Bronx seemed to enjoy his time there. He did however somehow lose Bronx's ID tag and left his bowl someplace. He paid to replace the tag and got the bowl back but having to go get the tag made and go back for the bowl was a bit of an inconvenience.

Cody was awesome! Watson stayed with him overnight while we took a long weekend trip and Cody made sure he had a blast - and made sure to keep us posted with some cute pics as well :). Definitely recommend and will be using him in the future! Thanks again Cody!

Super cool and chill guy. Loves everyone and treats everybody well. He loves animals and is a very caring person. He has a beautiful place and dogs love playing in the backyard. He is one of the few people who I trust with my pet ?

Cody Lemke has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. He is kind, conscientious and responsible. Your pet will be in good hands because any care begins with the heart. Give him a try - I'm sure you will be pleased. Jennifer L.

Typically, I like to meet the pup first and get a sense of their personality. I usually get along well with most animals, but I do wish to surround the house with pups that have happy demeanor's:)

A typical day

Dogs who stay with me have the benefit of joining me in going all sorts of fun places, so long as pup parents are ok with it! Places like dog parks, neighborhood walks and maybe even dog beaches! I work from home, so we'll have plenty of time to spend together as I'll be around pretty much all time. Not to mention that pups will be able to get their game on with all sorts of toys in my large backyard! I have a quaint four bedroom house in the SDSU area, about three blocks from the campus! My house is a corner lot and has a very spacious backyard, with a separated cottage. The neighborhood is very active and fun, with the hustle and bustle of betterment going all around. The campus being so close is awesome because it makes for very fun and beautiful walks! I intend to be the primary caretaker unless something unforeseeable happens like an emergency, in which case, my student roommates Kayla or Ralph would help. They are rarely home due to their busy lives at school and work, but they have both grown up with pups their whole lives. At this time, I don't have any four legged friends of my own to keep pups company, but I am considering bringing home a new furry family member as soon as I am able to!
