Pet care experience
I grew up in a house full of dogs. We raised each one from 8 weeks old. I also have my own dog Rusty and we are working towards his AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification and Therapy Dog Certification. I have prior experience working with Military Working Dog Teams. Working with those amazing handlers and their dogs gave me the the tools of how to build a strong bond with our four legged friends can be, and why it is important for their and our safety. I am currently working towards earning a certification as a Dog Trainer, and pursuing a Veterinary Technician Associates degree. I have dedicated countless hours into reading about Canine Behavior and Fundamentals of Care. I will tailor each interaction with your dog(s) to best suit their every need, and work to promote their overall Health and Welfare. I am knowledgeable in animal enrichment techniques, so not only will your pooch get a physical work out with me, they will also be mentally stimulated and worked with to support a whole dog care concept. I am very flexible with scheduling, and will do my absolute best to go above and beyond your expectations, because our furry pals deserve the best don't they?

Cody has been doing drop in visits with my two Dutch Shepherds for three weeks now. He is doing a great job. He is punctual and I love the Rover report cards. My dogs can be a lot to handle and Cody jumped right in and handles them with no issues.
Cody was awesome! We were gone 24 hours and he sent several pictures and I felt very comfortable being away from home. He made sure both our dogs got the exercise and attention they needed and also made sure our cats were cared for. Will definitely be using him again.
Cody was awesome! He played with our pupper and made sure to adjust the house temp when he noticed it was hot. He was thorough and sent pictures and great report. He is also super flexible and I highly recommend. He helped with some training skills while he was here as well!
Cody is fabulous find. This was the first time we left our puppies home with a sitter & Cody came over several times to meet with us & our two puppies. They took to him immediately & we knew he was the right person for them. We had just installed an invisible fence & he helped train our pups & by the time we got home ~ they were all set. The most impressive part was that Cody made us feel comfortable & able to enjoy our vacation knowing the pups were well cared for. We received texts, pics & updates during the week. We cannot thank you enough Cody!!!!
