Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my entire life and I am a lover of all animals. I have been joyfully house/puppy/cat sitting for the last 4 years, and loving every second of it! I believe each animal has something to share with us and I love getting to know the animals and build true genuine and loving connections with them. I believe animals are pure joy and deserve all the love and goodness!

Cody was great! Very responsive and took great care of Tannis. He took time to get to know her during our meet and greet, and left everything very clean. Highly recommend!
I’m sad I can only give Cody 5 stars. He’s an amazing dog and house sitter. He took great care of our 14 year old cattle dog and her brother. He’s so responsive and sends pictures to keep your heart happy while you’re away. I can’t recommend him enough. We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again.
Cody is a super-sitter! Our dog , Axel, and Cat, Henry both were well cared-for, entertained and from the photos Cody sent I know they consider him a member of the family. Even Henry the cat, who usually hides when we have a visitor, warmed right up to Cody. Cody left everything neat and tidy, brought in the mail, and even noticed that some of our house plants needed watering. He kept in touch by text, and sent lots of fun photos of Axel and Henry. He asked appropriate questions, and took care of everything as we agreed. I felt really comfortable knowing he was watching over everything.
Cody was absolutely fantastic! Between giving so much attention towards our dogs during our meet and greet and all of the updates (which he asked how often we wanted to receive them so he wasn't disturbing our trip) he was such a great sitter. I would, and will be hiring him back again. Thank you so much, Cody!

It is helpful to know the animals age, breed, daily schedule, any specific individual needs and/or helpful hints/suggestions. Medication needs, potty routine, demeanor— do they play well with others? What are their specific routines? Do you have a fenced in yard or need them to go out for a walk each day?
A typical day
Going for walks, hikes, and getting out in nature! Playing fetch, cuddling, and enjoying quality time together! Cuddling is my favorite though! Quality time is time well spent.

Availability
I work part time as a yoga teacher and own a small business to help other on their healing journeys. I have plenty of time to spend quality time with the animals throughout the week and can do some work remotely— I just need good internet connection. The most I am ever gone is usually only 4 hours or less. Let’s chat and discuss.
