Pet care experience
I have been an avid dog lover my whole life and started at a young age volunteering for the humane society. I worked for a dog walking company, I foster puppies for a local non-profit, and am the go-to dog watcher for all my friends and family.

Codi is a fantastic caregiver! She was super caring for our dog Finn. He is a sensitive Border Collie and Codi worked with him to make him comfortable in his home away from home. We were completely satisfied and comfortable with Codi taking care of Finn.
Codi and her husband took great care of Dakota! Thank you so much! Dakota liked that puzzle food bowl, I think we'll need to get one. Easy to schedule a meetup with, kind folks, and their dog Indy is very sweet. Would book again!!

We only use positive reinforcement and redirection to help pups keep themselves and others safe! Our large fenced in back yard offers an excellent safe environment for dogs to explore, get their sniffs in, and run around as much as they want. We will utilize crate time and rest time as needed, and will follow your direction on what your dog will need to feel its most comfortable in our home.

Please let me know if your dog has particular behaviors that need special accommodation or monitoring, especially related to anxiety or potty training. Dogs that are forceful with their play may not be a good fit in our home as our dog does not enjoy play "wrestling."
A typical day
Your dog will be part of our family while staying with us and enjoy lots of play time, snuggles, and exploration in our back yard or on our walks. We can work on training and practicing tricks too!

Between my husband and I someone is always working from home. We go on a walk in the morning before breakfast and a walk after work before dinner. There are lots of opportunities to play and rest during the day. Your dog will have access to our large fenced in yard throughout the day!
