Pet care experience
I grew up adoring many animals on my family farm. I have fur babies of my own, and I value every moment I get to spend with them. For my husband and I, life is better when our pups are in it. We prioritize quality time with them at home and include them on nearly all of our adventures (e.g., neighborhood strolls, hikes, car rides, visits to the pet store, travels). Our doggos love us almost as much as they loves other dogs, especially Rambo! Both of our pups would love to have a friend over anytime, and we have a huge fenced in backyard that they can run around in all day. I have cared for numerous pets over the past 10 years, including basic training and pet sitting for small, large, young, and old dogs who vary in breed. My husband works from home and I have a varied/flexible schedule where I am home ant least 4 days of the week. Our schedules allow plenty of free time for pet oriented activities, which is truly what we enjoy- to be outdoors with our pups. I would be more than honored to spend my time making your pups time away from his owner exciting and rewarding! In fact, I can guarantee a happy dog after a stay with my family. Codi and Jeremy were so warm and welcoming and attentive to care details. They kept in contact with us during out stay with updates and cute pics. Our dogs got along great together and our Bella had a blast. So nice to not worry about your pup when you're away and she was nice and tired when she got home!
Codi & Jeremy were the best sitters while we went away for the holidays - our dog Sonny got sick right before the booking and they were super flexible with us with a changing schedule. They sent updates & photos, and took great care of our pup. We felt at ease knowing Sonny was in their care. We will definitely book with them again in the future!
Codi was great! She had a ton of questions for me before booking the appointment, so I knew she was very thorough about what types of dogs would work well for her. She made drop-off and pick-up very easy for us, and was thoughtful about sending updates. Our dog and hers got along great, and Stella was sad to leave! Would absolutely book with Codi again.
Codi is a "huge" dog lover. She has cared for mine several times and they adore her!! She is very conscious of their well being. She follows their eating schedules and makes sure they get plenty of activity in their day! Best of all she gives them lots of love!!

We will prioritize what makes you comfortable, so we can crate your pup if needed (for a nights sleep or while home alone). In general, we are home bodies keeping a close eye on the dogs. If we leave the house, we love to bring the dogs along with us for a car ride.

Tell me in advance: I do not have any breed preferences- I understand a dogs personality is very dependent on that specific dog rather than it's breed. I do, however, require a friendly and non-aggressive personality for fluffy visitors, as this helps ensure my own doggies remain safe at all times.
A typical day
A day in the life: I enjoy taking dogs on walks around Golden or hiking at Apex near by. We have a small dog park near by that we frequently stop at. We also love to wind down and snuggle with the pups indoors. Our doggos are aloud on the furniture, so please let me know if we need to avoid this for your pup!

Availability
Schedule: My husband, Jeremy works from home full time. I work at the hospital part-time, but I’m home at least 4 days per week! Our schedules allow at least one of us to be at home with the doggies at all times! We are only apart when we go to the grocery store essentially.
