Enthusiastic animal lover

Pet care experience

I have over 5 years of solid work experience in the pet services industry. I have worked in boarding facilities, grooming shops and have been pet sitting for my own clients for over a year. My house is very animal friendly, and I have a very decent sized yard with and without fencing, with a specific section for dogs I am sitting. I enjoy providing customers with assurance that their animal will be well taken care of, and I enjoy providing their pets with a place they can stay that will be as close to home while they are away from their own. I have worked at boarding facilities, and I know from personal experience that it can be a stressful experience for pets and that no one pet can be given the time and care they deserve while separated from the love of their owner.

Clinton has been our pet sitter for several years. He is very dependable and trustworthy with our cats and dogs. Our dogs get very excited when they see him and we know they will be well cared for. We recommend Clinton to anyone looking for a very caring compassionate person as their pet sitter.

Information Clinton T. would like to know about your pet

Just what their likes and dislikes are. Any allergies or medical condition's. Eating and drinking habits so I can tell if they are eating to much or to little. And how often they go to the bathroom at home. I also like to know what type of leash habits they have. Knowing if a pet has a history of attempts to escape from leash is very important for knowing how to properly conduct a walk with a new pet. I also like to inquire about if they are known to try and jump fences. Escape attempts can happen, but knowing of any past incidents helps me insure that it never happens while in my care.

A typical day

They will have the choice of sleeping on my bed or their own, I also have dog beds to provide for animals ranging from 85 pounds and under. They will be given one on one care as if they were spending time with their owner. If they want to spend time outside, I have a fenced in section if yard just for that. I also have miles of open fields and woodes trails to take pets for on leash walks. Sometimes the fenced in yard just isn't enough room to expel all of the energy a pup has, and long walks are perfect for that. I also go to Jonesland park, which is about 5 minutes from my house, and there are a couple good paved trails there I like to walk as well.
