From when I can remember we have always had pets. My first pet was Lorna the black Labrador. I love all animals but dogs in particular. I live at home with my husband and two teenage sons and we are all dog lovers. I have always looked after many dogs belonging to family and friends. I work from home which has enabled me to look after dogs while working. Our last dog Minnie died when she was 15 so I have experience of senior dog care. I have had puppies as well. I am at home all the time. The longest I’m away from home is when I go food shopping, about 2 hours and if I’m out for longer my husband Colin is here as well. I live in a large house with a large fenced garden. I have one small friendly dog to keep yours company. I also have a dog savvy cat. We take the dogs on two walks a day depending on their requirements. We play games in the garden. I have two teenage sons who are dog lovers and they play with the dogs. I am at home all the time. I work from home. The longest time I am away from home is when I do grocery shopping which is about two hours. We live in a large 6 bedroom house. There is a large fenced garden. During the good weather we always have the back doors open so dogs have easy access to the garden. We have an open planned kitchen/diner/sitting room and the dogs would sleep in the kitchen area. We have a little chihuahua cross French bulldog called Raffi who is always happy to meet new friends and is very patient with puppies. We also have a very dog savvy cat called Bea who is very chilled with visitors.
