Pet care experience
I am currently active duty and my brother, husband and I started dog and cat sitting at our last duty station in Ohio and loved it. We have one French bulldog that is very playful and we love having other fur friends over to play with him. We are blessed to have been able to upgrade a house with a big, shaded yard and plenty of play time for our fur guest. All 3 of us have experience in pet sitting, we’ve taken care of dogs and cats from friends, family and people we’ve met through Rover and had very pleasant experiences.

Claudia has been wonderful with my furry children! Both my cat and dog boarded with her. She's very responsive over messages, and flexible about pick up / drop off time. She also remembered all the nitty gritty care instructions we gave her including applying pets' medicine at a specific time, and covered other cracks that we didn't think of. We were on an international trip the whole time. Her care helped big time putting our mind at ease. She really made it easy for us. Both my dog and cat seemed to have fun in her place. When we came, my dog was so attached that she did not want to leave - She sure had a wonderful vacation!~ We would book again with her in no time.

If we are home, we have all pets out to wonder throughout the first floor of our house, and if it’s not too hot outside we let them outside with water provided and close supervision, We are able to provide crates as well for any dogs who are crate trained. Over night or if we need to step out, we separate all the animals in the house just to prevent any incidents, this includes placing our fur friends in their play pens, crates or a gated area as well as our garage sometimes.

A typical day
My husband and I love to hike, unfortunately we are not able to take our small frenchy with us due to his breathing problems, so we’d look very forward to taking any large dogs to hike with us. We love to let the dogs outside to run around and play or go To our neighborhood dog park. If it’s a working day we wake up early let the dogs out for a potty break and feed them. I usually leave for work at 8am and am usually home by 2:30-3pm, and sometimes earlier, or sometimes come home for lunch to check on our fur guest. I am very flexible, I also have cameras in my home so if needed I am able to run home in case of any emergencies or anything needs our immediate attention.

Availability
It is more convenient for me to have dogs and cats over in my home, I have a very flexible schedule if needed I am able to adjust coming home earlier and coming into work later, we also have a doggy door in case we are not home and Pets need to go. My brother also assists with the care of our fur friends and he will also be available all day for supervised sitting.
