Pet care experience
Anyone who knows me knows that my love for dogs and cats runs deep. I have spent my whole life absolutely loving animals and caring for them. They truly are human's best friends. I have years of experience house-sitting for families with dogs and cats alike and for extended periods of time while those families were away. I also have more than three years of experience babysitting for families with pets that needed my care as well. Some of my family members would come to me to watch their pets for them as well because they knew that the pets liked me. When I am taking care of an animal, I always make sure they are comfortable with me and that they have whatever they need, whether that be food, water, a walk, or some good old love. I will gladly follow any specific instructions you may have for me to follow so that I can ensure that your pet is in the best state, physically and mentally.

Claudia is amazing. We were contracted to work an event in London at the last minute, and from the jump it was a rocky trip. The easiest part was knowing that our two dogs were well taken care of. Claudia was responsive, sent lots of photos, and asked questions when she had them so I knew our pups were getting plenty of attention and love. When our flights got changed on the way back, she was flexible with us scheduling our return. But more than that - my nosey neighbors had nothing but kind things to say about her, and that's pretty rare. Thank you so much Claudia!! We really appreciate it.

I typically prefer to watch dogs and/or cats in their own homes if possible so that they feel the most comfortable and safe. I ensure that they have enough food and water daily and that they are getting the love they need and deserve. I will gladly follow any additional instructions from the owner such as needed medications or anything else specifically catered to their needs.

I always need to know if your pet has special needs or needs any special care I would have to attend to. I need to know things such as if they have a medication and the instructions that go with it if any. I also need to know simple things such as when they eat, how much they eat, and when they usually need to be let out. I always like to meet the pet beforehand so that they can get to know me better and not be scared when I come over for the first time.
A typical day
I love to take the dogs out on walks or let them run around in the yard if there is a fence. Playing catch is also a fun thing to do with them. With cats and dogs both, I usually play with them using any toys they have so that they can get exercise and get stimulation. Lots of pets and cuddles happen as well.

Availability
I am currently a student, so I have time in between my classes and on the weekends since my classes are only about an hour long each. As of now, I am on summer break and have more free time than I normally would.
