healthy dog, happy dog- fenced yard

Pet care experience

I've trained dogs, raised puppies, and have seen the difference it makes in a dogs life when they are treated with care and respect. I will provide a safe environment where all dogs feel comfortable and all their needs are met. I have a fairly large fenced in yard, and live fifteen minutes from the beach (all dogs love the beach). My goal is, while in care of any dog, to provide proper exercise, boundaries, and affection in a way that allows the dog be at peace, so he/she does not experience anxiety or fear. In years past I raised a pit bull from a puppy and realized how, not only this breed, but many other breeds of dogs are misjudged. All Dogs deserve love and proper care.

Claude did a great job with my big nervous guy. My furry butt is leash reactive to other dogs, and uncomfortable in new situations, and Claude knew just how to handle it. I am very pleased and will use his services again.

He was great and responsive. Sent pics of my baby and walked at her pace. Thanks Claude.

Charlie did a great job taking care of my dog, 2 cats and house. He even sent a picture of our pup on a lovely beach walk :) I definitely recommend him!

Accommodating and reliable. Eno warmed up to “Claude” quickly as he was responsive to Eno’s needs/personality. Would definitely recommend and will be having him back for future walks.

I find that turning dog care into a part time job has been extremely valuable for me, the reason being that i’m able to turn something I love doing into a job. Wether it’s walking, house sitting, or just dropping in the dog gets all my attention and it’s meaningful for me to see them happy and thriving.

Information Claude P. would like to know about your pet

I definitely would like to know any special needs your dog might have, as well as any training techniques you specifically have chosen to use with them. Beyond that, I’m happy to hear any details about your pup you’d like to include. The more, the better.

A typical day

I see exercise as the key component in a dogs health. Draining that energy to allow for a calm/happy dog is always my goal, and if I get to be outside or hiking at the same time that’s just a huge plus.
