I’m that person who says hi to every dog on the street but might not always acknowledge the human :) I have loved animals my entire life, and grew up with cats. I’ve got two cats of my own, and fawn over furry friends of all types. I volunteer weekly at the Cat Connection cat shelter.

Claire was great! I was a little nervous about leaving our bunnies, but she came and did a meet and greet so we felt really comfortable and she was really understanding about our concerns. Claire left great updates so we could relax and enjoy our time away. Everything went great!
Zeke really enjoyed his walk with Clare! It was a particularly hot day and she was cognizant of distance and made sure he had water before and after.
We’re so glad we found Clare! She was super dependable, easy and quick to communicate with, and just had a great way of handling things without needing much direction. During a stressful move, she gave us total peace of mind. Her help made a big difference, and we’d definitely trust her again in the future!

I have experience working with animals of all temperaments at the shelter I volunteer at. I’m very mindful and respectful of your home, but will be happy to play around with pets who need some extra attention!
Information Clare S. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know about their temperament ahead of time so I know what to expect (friendly, shy, aggressive to strangers). Especially with dogs, please tell me how well they interact with other dogs so I know how to best handle seeing another dog on a walk or in the park. For more shy animals (especially cats), please tell me their hiding spots so I can get some eyes on them and make sure they’re doing okay! Please also let me know if you have cameras in your home.
A typical day
With your dogs, we’ll spend plenty of time outside, getting out lots of energy and enjoying some extra stimulation with all the sites and smells. I’m a pro with toys (especially wand toys with cats) to make sure they’re getting plenty of fun in. And of course, lots of pets and cuddles if they’re looking for it!

I’m currently in between jobs after taking time off to travel, so I have plenty of time and an open schedule! Especially during week days when you may be out of the house!
