Pet care experience
I have grown up with corgis, but I am experienced caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes, young and old. I love dogs so much, that in my off time I can be found hanging out at Bark Social. I have a corgi myself, so I can recognize when his little legs are tired and he’s hot during a walk. I also have experience with difficult dogs (my Charlie has high anxiety). I have worked in a doggie daycare, so I have experienced pretty much everything and every breed under the sun. I promise I will do whatever you and your pet need to make sure you’re both happy!

Claire is wonderful and even brought her own collar and leash great preparation because I forgot to leave my dog’s leash in an easy to find spot.
Clare was great!
Clare has been an absolute godsend. We needed her to watch my parents' elderly cat at their house after my dad unexpectedly went into the hospital and my mom moved in with my sister. Because it was an emergency situation and not our pet or our house, we gave Clare only the barest information, handed her a key, and gave her directions to my parents' house. The first day, Clare pretty much had to search for supplies in the house but she was undeterred. She arrives exactly at the agreed upon time each day and takes great photos of my parents' cat which not only reassures us that things are going well but also gives us the pics we need to look for potential adopters (as my parents can no longer take care of their cat). She has gone above and beyond by not only advising us of the need for additional cat food but offering to buy it for us (which we took her up on). She has also tried to help us find a new home for my parents' cat. Her love for animals, conscientiousness, caring, dependability, and willingness to go the extra mile have earned our eternal gratefulness. We wholeheartedly recommend her!
Clare is an excellent dogsitter and walker for our Giant Schnauzer puppy, Dolly. Dolly can be a handful-- she is 9 months old, giant, and has a TON of energy. Clare handles her expertly. She ensures she is loved and cared for. Whether it is taking her on walks, doing scent work, practicing tricks, or hanging out at Bark Social, Clare ensures that Dolly has all of the mental and physical stimulation that a puppy needs. A typical day
I love taking dogs for walks in the park, or through the trail that goes through the neighborhood! We can play fetch, tug of war, or any games that your dog enjoys!

I am currently working full time, so evenings and weekends are best for me. But occasionally I work from home, so my availability differs day-to-day. It all just depends on when you catch me :)
