I'm a professional experienced dog boarder of 12 years with an up to date 5 star rated boarding license, public liability insurance dog first aid certificated and a level 3 Ofqual dog boarding qualification. Your dog/s stay at a caring family home where they get all the love and attention they deserve. I have a 19 year old son who helps me walk the more boisterous dogs when he can. I take them on regular daily country walks in a local woodland or in a large open park. There is comfortable, safe surroundings at my home with a secure garden. Your dog will have their own holiday whilst you are away. I have regular friendly well trained dogs coming for day care service full time during school term times, my boarding has more availability during evenings and weekends. I cope well with occasional unexpected situations like illness or manageable behaviour issues. I take a dog friendly taxi to the local vet if needed and can administer medication. Offer some flexibility with longer stays if you can't get home on time as this is my full time job. Basic training, grooming and bathing if needed. Will keep you informed of how your dog is doing with daily messages and pictures. Bring their usual food, l have most of the equipment needed like dog bowls, beds, crates and l have separate areas if they need rest and quiet time. l do allow dogs on sofas and our beds but only if the owner allows it. Will arrange a one hour meet and greet first at my House in Hitchin so you can get to know me. This involves a local dog walk and day care at my house, to see how they settle in. You are welcome to come along or drop off for a free one hour trial. I have forms to fill in that meet my boarding licence guidelines from the local council.
