I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in grade school. I have experience with dogs requiring medications and I have been to the vet with my own dog for (what seems like) every ailment in the book. I personally love using Rover as it feels a little more tailored to my own dog than simply dropping off at a kennel - and I would love to provide that same care for other people! Please be aware that we have a dog of our own so if your dog doesn’t do well with other dogs, then I will not be a good choice! In addition, I am currently a volunteer dog walker at the Northside SPCA so no dog is too much for me on the leash :) For boarding: I am typically available every weekend, all day. For dog walking: I can walk dogs in the downtown area as I work at the Banks. My home is very open and dogs will have free reign of the first floor. Dogs will be allowed on the couch. We have a backyard, complete with leads for the dogs to go in and out as they please. My husband is a pilot and is sometimes home during the week and is more than willing (in fact is looking forward) to walk the dogs and take them to the dog park. Please note that if your dog is not good with other dogs that we are not a good option as we have a 2 yr old Newfoundland.
