Hello! My name is Clare and i’m from Baltimore, MD! I have a BS Degree in interpersonal communications and am currently attending Loyola University Maryland to obtain my MEd in School Counseling. I'm a strong lover of dogs and cats! I’ve been a petsitter for neighbors, friends, and roommates prior to my time on Rover. I've always loved spending time with animals and taking care of them whenever needed. I've noticed from a young age that a lot of pets tend to gravitate toward me or warm up to me easily. I'd love to help you and your furry family member with feeding, walking, petting, and snuggling! If you think I would be a good fit for your family, I'd love to hear from you!

Clare was the absolute best!! From the initial meet and greet we could tell she was responsible and thoughtful and our dogs took to her immediately! We booked her for a longer stay over the holidays and you could tell she was very caring with our dogs and sent us lots of updates and photos. She left the house in great shape and went above and beyond in taking out trash, doing laundry, and even participating in our neighborhood light display for Christmas Eve! We would trust her to watch our dogs again in a heartbeat (and she will probably be our first ask for any upcoming trips).
Clare is awesome! Shes wet attentive and rely cars about the animal(s) she’s watching. She’s also the first sitter that my cat has felt comfortable enough with to hangout with and cuddle, which is amazing.
Very kind and attentive. Definitely a great pick.

I will follow all typical routines and instructions provided! I like to check in for each stay, or provide multiple updates for overnight stays. I will also ask a lot of questions about pet behaviors to ensure that they are well!

No breed preferences! I would just like to be warned if they are skittish, afraid of strangers, and if they are comfortable with other dogs. If anything upsets them (thunderstorms, fireworks, etc) I'd love to know different ways to relieve their anxiety. Potty routine would be a huge help as well!
A typical day
I love playing catch and throwing a frisbee! If the owner allows it, I'm also more than happy with getting a little dirty, and I would love to go to a dog park.

Availability
I’m a full time student and part-time Nanny, so working with pets who can be on there own a few hours at a time is ideal! Whenever I’m not working or at school I love to lounge around; a perfect time to give your furry family member some attention!
