I love animals of all kinds, but cats really take the cake. Who knew that such big personalities could reside in such little bodies! I currently have 2 cats, Buddha and Bodhi, whom I love to pieces, and constantly keep me entertained and snuggled. Nothing beats a sweet cat in your lap! I know from experience how important it is to find a good cat sitter, so look no further. I will care for your furry family just as you would, with playing, grooming, feeding, and most importantly, cuddling. Aside from my love of cats, I am a local artist who hand makes books. I also am a student studying Mindfulness-Based Counseling. I moved to Seattle 9 years ago, and have fallen in love with the area. There is always something to do or see. And the most beautiful aspect is that it is always Green!

So happy I booked with Clara! I had to leave my cat for a few weeks and the highlight of every day was getting updates from Clara. I will definitely rebook with her next time I have to travel!
Clara was great. She was so nice to my kitty, gave her playtime, and sent photos of everything so I knew she was fed, watered, and had fun. I really appreciated her availability on such short notice and will definitely be using her again for cat sitting.
Clara took very good care of our three cats during a 3-day long week end in Oct 2021. We got daily messages and pictures, and came home to a clean home and, more importantly, clean litter boxes! We will reach out to Clara next time we have need for cat sitting without any hesitation and we recommend her warmly.
This is review is long overdue! But Clara took care of our cat after he had a near-death poisoning incident on the heels of a family trip. She took excellent care of him, administered medications, sent us tons of photos, and was vigilant about keeping us in the loop. She helped us through a scary time and made us feel at ease while being a few states away!

I always want to give them the opportunity for play and affection, and if they are not interested I don't force it. However, I always make sure their needs are met with some yummy food and clean water.

I love to know how quickly your cats take to strangers, if they have any places they do not like to be touched, favorite toys, and favorite hiding spots. It is also good to know if they have any medical conditions like FIV, etc.
A typical day
I will always try to play with your kitties with their favorite toys and give some extra love and attention. It is hard when their humans are not at home. So I do what I can to make sure that they are loved.

Since I am student, my schedule is quite flexible. My visits with your furry family members will happen in the morning and then in the evening.
