Pet care experience
I currently work as a dog trainer and I have experience caring for a range of dogs and cats as well a variety of different exotic animals including large parrots and a wide variety of reptiles. I have a bachelor of science with a double major in marine biology and zoology have 8+ years experience working with horses, pigs, chickens and ducks. We left our two fur babies with Claire for 5 nights. Claire regularly sent us pictures which made us feel reassured. upon our return the dogs seemed calm and happy. Our two are not easy to walk together, but somehow, Claire managed to regularly walk them. As a neat freak, i was pleased to find our home just as we left it. i would definitely request Claire again.
Claire took care of our “girls” while we were on vacation and we could not have been more pleased. We came home to a clean house and happy dogs!
We are so lucky that we found Claire on our first experience with Rover. She was completely trustworthy, responsive, and loving in taking care of our home and our fur-baby Rocky while we were out of town. We will definitely be using Claire again!
Claire is seriously the best sitter we've ever had! Leaving our pup for an extended periods of time if really difficult for me and usually pretty upsetting for our dog, Pinky. Claire stayed at our house with Pinky for 12 days. She was in contact and sent pictures of Pinky daily. To my surprise, Pinky looked happy from day one and by the time I returned from my trip I feel like she really bonded with her sitters. She even seemed to be a little protective of her. :) I will 100% be calling Claire again. I think Pinky is missing her!

I have a fenced in yard and preferably your dog will be crate trained so they feel safe at our home in their home. We also would prefer your dogs to be potty trained but all our pups get to sleep be on the couch with us!

A typical day
Depends on the level of activity that your pup needs and is used to. If your pup is into casual strolls in the neighborhood we will stick to that. But If they love high energy we can play on the long lead at the nearby green space.

I’m currently working part time so I’ll be able to play with your pups! On weekends if your pup Is up for it i love to go hiking and would love for them to join me.
