Pet care experience
I’ve had my own dogs since I was 5 years old. Since then I have always had such a strong love and respect for them. I have been a pet sitter amongst my family, friends, and neighborhood. I have a big dog myself and love them! I think it’s really important to make sure dogs get lots of movement, that way when you’re gone, they’ll sleep more and miss you less! I can handle puppies, small dogs, large dogs, and senior dogs I’ve taken care of many dogs over the years.

Claire was wonderful! I was having some anxiety about doing this and she had helped me calm down. She does very well with communication and has gone above what was asked. I highly recommend her! I will be keeping her.
Claire is absolutely wonderful! She is so warm and friendly - my dog took to her immediately! I am very impressed by her communication. My dog needed 3 walks today, and every time, she filled out a Rover Card with detailed notes, a map of the walk, and pictures of my pup. On top of that, she would also send me an update text. She clearly remembered all the nuances of my dog’s care and paid close attention to what my dog was telling her - what route he wanted for his walk, that he needed to go out another time, etc. I could go on and on. I highly recommend Claire!

I would really appreciate a brief description of your dogs overall disposition, what they typically enjoy in a day and how they interact with other dogs. Along with this if they have any allergies, specific needs, anxieties or things that may startle/scare them. All of this will help me be prepared for how your dog will react in most situations and how to always keep them comfortable and happy!
A typical day
Lawrence is such a great community for dog lovers, when we are out and about I particularly love taking them down by the river. There are always so many new smells for them! Walks are a great place to start with daily activity, as I get to know your dog more I can adapt and participate in their favorites, and maybe add some new ones as well!

I am currently a full-time college student finishing up my degree. I have a lot of free evenings as well as time in the afternoons to take care of those mid-day activities!
