I have had dogs (and two cats) all my life - golden retrievers, black labs, great danes and one of indeterminate heritage!. My first two dogs were raised from puppyhood, but after that my pets have been rescue pets, which I have a special affection for. I also have raised three lovely children who have now left the nest. Now I have a rescue black lab, but room in my heart to care for your pet. I am a pediatric nurse and have worked with infants and children all of my adult life. Caring for my children, and, as a registered nurse caring for hospitalized children, and caring for my pets has made me a reliable and mature caretaker for your home and your pet.
