Claire was amazing to interact with from the very start. From her willingness to care for our "furry baby" last minute, to her communication with us as to how he was doing, and her personal touch and patience when his nerves at being in an unfamiliar surrounding got the better of him (and his tummy!), Claire did a stand-up job.
