Pet care experience
Hello! This page is run by my husband, Chris, and myself. Both of us have had dogs our entire lives, with years of dog boarding experience, so there really isn't much we haven't seen. We want to take care for your beloved pets & spoil them like our own! We recently moved back to the Fayetteville area, now owning a house in a private community with a large, fenced-in yard. This yard was made for a dog to explore, with lots of squirrels to chase & birds to watch. There's plenty of space to run around, along with easy access to a 2 mile walking path around our neighborhood lake that we like to frequently walk. What we like to offer is a safe relaxed environment for your furry loved one to give you the peace of mind that your dog is being loved here just as much as they are at home. My husband, Chris, is a stay-at-home dad, so someone will be with the pups all of the day. We used to have our beloved basset hound, which he recently passed away. We’re not quite ready to adopt a new dog, but would love to cuddle yours! 🥰

We care for pets with the upmost care & knowledge & love. Not only have we always been responsible dog owners, but my sister also happens to be a veterinarian. I have been talking with my sister about her profession the last 10 years & have heard the good, bad, & ugly. Most importantly, I know how to keep dogs safe - around kids, new environments, other dogs, etc. We’re just dog people & they bring us lots of joy. We’re sad to not have our own dog anymore, but used to do Rover (a handful of years ago, as shown from the reviews on our profile) and loved the dogs we watched! They all had so many great personalities & traits. We look forward to caring for your pup like our own. ♥️

Is your dog spayed / neutered? Is your dog friendly with other dogs? Is your dog crate-trained? Does your dog have separation anxiety? Does your dog have accidents in the house - either while you’re home or away? Is your dog good with kids? Would you consider your dog high energy?
A typical day
My husband, Chris, is a stay-at-home dad for our special needs daughter. He will be home all day to care for your pup, with the occasional trip to the grocery store, etc. My daughter is 3 but is pretty dog-avoidant, so she likely won’t get too close. Regardless, we ask all dogs that come into our home are kid-friendly. We will never leave your pet unsupervised with our daughter, ensuring the safety of both parties. Our house is on 3 acres of land, so plenty of space to explore. We also have a 2mile path / loop around our neighborhood for daily walks, should your dog be high energy. We have no personal dogs of our own (anymore, sadly) but we may be watching multiple dogs at time, pending the temperaments are agreeable. We will not put dogs in an unsafe environment, as that is stressful for everyone.

Honestly it feels weird not to care for a pet on a daily basis anymore. Since Chris is home full time your pet will receive full time care. 🙂
