I have always had a love for all animals; I had a dog for 7 years as a child and one for 10 years now. I have always cared for the dogs of my mother and best friend when they were travelling. I consider it a privilege! My own dog is a senior and has diabetes, so I have experience administering her medications including insulin shots twice a day as well as eye drops. My own dog is a senior and has slowed down a lot. I have an outdoor cat that your pet will likely never see as she is a little skittish!

Please let me know if your dog likes their crate, how much exercise they need, whether they get along with other dogs and animals or not, they type of attention they like, if there has ever been worrisome aggression, signs that they are uncomfortable, eating habits, required medications and anything you may think I need to know to make them happy and comfortable during their stay.
A typical day
A typical day could include a 3-4 kilometre walk along the Mississauga River in the wooded area around my house and also some backyard time depending on the weather! I will accommodate your dog's need for exercise, rest or attention!

Availability
I work from home so I am here pretty much all of the time except for short intervals. I always go for walks in the nearby wooded area and love being outside in the enclosed backyard with the dogs whenever possible.
