Pet care experience
I am a very reliable person and enjoy spending time with animals. I have always had dogs my whole life, since I was a baby. I love animals and I enjoy making sure they are safe, happy, and content! I have experience with training my own dogs the basic commands (sit, stay, down, shake,) and teaching them manners. It’s my goal to provide a safe haven where pets can thrive. I always look forward to meeting new dogs and learning their little quirks and amazing personalities. I am very open minded and believe all animals deserve love and respect. I enjoy hiking with my two year old chocolate lab, and 4 month old puppy on different trails near my house. Any animal under my care is guaranteed to come home happy and tired out from nice long walks.

A typical day
I love to walk dogs around my neighborhood, running into neighbors with friendly dogs, as well as going on hikes and to the park. I love going on runs with my dog, and going on hiking trails near my house, or going to our local dog park. I love finding out what specific activity each dog likes, and including it in our time together.

I’m currently doing a gap year, so I have a lot of free time and availability to take care of pets, and include them in my routine of daily walks in the neighborhood, and hikes/runs. I’m working part-time right now somewhere else, but I have a lot of flexibility!
