Claire managed our first experience with Rover with class. Our Ollie has some anxiety and fear, and she was respectful of his boundaries and super accommodating as to our pages of notes and recommendations. We felt that Ollie was safe and secure, and that was our priority. She sent us regular photos and updates that we appreciated! We hope that she will welcome Ollie back one day!
