I have a strong background in animal care, with years of experience as a zookeeper. This role involved overseeing the daily care and well-being of a wide variety of animals from large mammals to small reptiles. I have extensive animal training experience from chimpanzees to capybaras, and even have my master’s degree in Animal Behavior. In addition to my zookeeping experience, I worked for a small women-owned pet care business where I provided pet care out of client’s homes. This includes dog walking, pet feeding, bathing, administering medications and ensuring pets are comfortable, save, and happy in their homes. I have experience with both senior cats and dogs, and even have a 17-year-old toy poodle myself. My combined experience in zookeepeing and pet care has honed my ability to understand and cater to the specific needs of animals, no matter the size or species. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to pets, ensuring their health and happiness while their parents are away.
