Hey y'all! My name is Claire! I have been a veterinary assistant for 2 years. I have worked with animals in shelters, rescues, volunteer work, and boarding facilities for over 6 years. Animals have been a huge part of my life as I went to Louisiana Tech to study livestock for a few years. I have experience with veterinary medical knowledge and training!

Claire is a wonderful dog sitter. She sat for my both of my dogs with one of them being a 8 week puppy, Charlie. Charlie became sick while I was gone. Claire was on top of it. She contacted me immediately and together we worked out a plan of care until my return. Claire was committed to giving my dogs the care, love, and attention my pets needed in my absence. I have a fenced yard, a screened-in glass porch with multiple fans, three medium-large dogs of my own and a two-year-old. With my own dogs, they go outside at least 4-6 times a day and I let them play outside. They have their own beds and are crate trained. My dogs do not have food aggression but I make sure to monitor feeding time and play time closely. I separate to feed and give treats/bones. I am able to accommodate almost any living situation for a clients pet.

I have no breed specification. I have three dogs at home so the dog needing to be watched has to get along with other dogs.
A typical day
I will walk in the neighborhood of the owner or any specific space or path the owner would like. I always bring water, a portable bowl, and poop bags.

Availability
I work full time M-F 7:30-5:30. I have a two hour lunch so I could make accommodations before work, during lunch, and after work. I am normally free on weekends as well.
