Pet care experience
I can't remember a time when I haven't had the privilege of caring for a pet - either my own or the animals of my friends and clients. As a child growing up in Ireland our family always had dogs and cats and caring for them was my responsibility. When I moved to San Francisco, it was only natural that the tradition would continue. I regularly house-sit for families with animals taking full responsibility for the home as well as the family pets. You can count on me for exceptional care of your home and/or cherished furry friend.

Claire was awesome!! She was very responsive upon initial contact and very accommodating for the meet and greet with Winston. We had never had a dog sitter stay at the house but felt very comfortable handing over the keys to Claire. She did a wonderful job taking care Winston and our house. She responded immediately whenever we checked in during our trip and there were zero issues. Winston is a bit quirky and she handled it with ease. He really liked her and was super happy when we got home. We highly recommend Claire!
Claire stayed in our home and watched our 2 dogs while we traveled. Claire put our minds at ease, knowing she was taking great care of the dogs and house. She is very responsive and sent pictures of the dogs each day. I will use her again in the future.
Our beloved Mia was in wonderful hands with Claire. I would recommend Claire to anyone who is looking for reliable and kind person to care for their pets. I absolutely trust her with Mia when we are away on vacation. We all have peace of mind knowing that Mia is in good hands. Mia can be a bit shy but Claire managed to befriend her on their first meeting. Now Mia looks forward to seeing Claire. It’s a joy to see Mia run to Claire with her cute tail wagging and full of excitement.
Claire is the best! She has cared over several years for both of our two dogs - a 10 pound maltipoo who can never get enough attention or exercise, and an elderly 100 pound mutt who likes slow walks and lives for treats. She has filled in when they needed a midday walk, house/dogsat for a weekend, taken the little one in as her own for a few days when we were traveling, and spent an entire summer caring for the big dog when he was unable to travel. She is reliable and responsible, and both dogs go crazy with excitement whenever they see her.

Availability
As a personal trainer my schedule is very flexible and I have regular breaks between clients to walk and look after the animals in my care. On weekends I have additional time to spend with your furry friend and will happily take them on hikes or to parks for added enrichment.
