My name is Claire, and I've been dogsitting for about three years now. When I was younger my family had several large dogs, so although I've not included the years spent with them in my experience, I do know how to handle large dogs. I am a volunteer and the Humane Society in Newton, so I have been instructed on how to handle unruly dogs. I want to be a vet, and I absolutely love animals, so I'll be sure to treat your dog as I would my own. I'm pretty flexible in the mornings, but I do have a part time job so I need some flexibility on time. If you hire me then rest assured your animal will receive some of he best care on this app. Note, I will only housesit if I can bring my dog Asher with me. He is crate and house trained, as well as super friendly towards dogs, cats, and people alike, and I will bring his crate with me, but as a young woman I don't feel comfortable house sitting without him. Right now I only work three days a week, and while my shifts vary they're pretty short, so I visit my clients before and after my shifts. My dog has the backyard to himself and is contained by an invisible fence. He gets feed three times a day and walked as often as I can. He also gets several hours of training each day as well, both passive and active training.
