Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and miss having more than one running around with me. Nala is a working therapy dog and together, we have gone through a lot of training at a professional dog training facility, so know that your pup will be in safe hands with me. Nala and I can’t wait to love on them and welcome them into our home. Your pupper will be treated like family here in our home, with lots of walks, play time and cuddles if they are active or low key snuggles and chill time if they prefer a more relaxed vacay in their home away from home. With your permission, they’ll be going on hikes, walks on the beach and more! I work from home so you can have peace of mind that your dog will have me around them all day and night.

I probably don’t know anyone who takes better care of a dog than Claire. She has been the best care taker to my dog Floyd. You never have to wonder how well loved and taken care of your dog will be when they’re with Claire.

We have a great fenced backyard patio in the back, and access to walking trails, parks and the beach all within walking distance. Our aim is to ensure your dog has the bestest time in their home away from home. Nala has a very sensitive GI and we've had quite a few trips to the vet and lots of meds, so I am used to administering medication and injections if your pup requires it.

Please let me know if your dog has any routines that you’d like them to be on, if they have any medical conditions, sleeping arrangements, and their temperament and behaviour. They must be ok with other dogs as I have a lovely doodle who will be present at home with us and is all about having new friends with her!
A typical day
Trust that your furry fam will have a great time at our place. There will be plenty of early morning walks, evening walks, daytime park and yard sessions to run and play fetch, and if allowed hikes and play time by the lake as well. Or if your pal is used to a slower pace, we can adjust for lots and lots of snuggle times and couch hangs. Nala is a cuddle bug and will be on hand to love on your fur friend!!

Availability
We just moved to Southern California from Dallas recently. Nala Nala loves to be around other dogs and I have a flexible schedule and work from home and now we have a backyard and close access to parks, trails and beaches, we are back on Rover! Nala and I start our mornings with a walk around the city, with regular potty breaks throughout the days, and have another long walk in the evening. On the weekends we love exploring different beaches, parks and trails.
