After very clear/specific instructions that Rhett can NOT be left alone. She left him alone. He had a panic attack and tore up a dress of hers and did some minor damage to her apartment. I had to cut a vacation short to come back and pick him up as she didn't want to sit him any longer. I was incredibly upset that despite the instructions she left Rhett in an unsafe environment alone - he could have seriously hurt himself and done significant damage. I tried to have the stay refunded as a result of her incompetence but Rover was unable to do anything. I even replaced the exact dress that was damaged (an additional $60). It was frustrating and I will not book with her again. If a sitter doesn't take instruction seriously, I have grave concerns.

Claire sent us updates and pictures during Guinness’ stay, which made us feel comfortable that our dog was happy and taken care of while we were away. Thanks Claire!
