Clare was excellent with our fur baby. She was attentive, on time and very flexible. We will definitely use Clate and Rover again.

Claire was punctual, warm, and responsible when she came over to meet our dog. She spoke with me on the phone and has a genuine love for animals. My dog needs medication and she was able to properly dispense his pills. We have a monitor on our garage door that alerts me when the door is raised and lowered. Claire spent between 9-15 minutes with my dog while she was supposed to be there for a 30 minute visit. We agreed that Claire would spend extra time relaxing with my dog each day (a few hours per evening). She did not do that per the garage monitor; this was confirmed by a neighbor that I asked to keep an eye on the house. I would have not minded the very short morning/afternoon visits if she would have followed through with the evening time, but that was not done. Overall, she spent about a quarter as much time with my dog as we agreed upon.
