I love animals, dogs especially, but because I have family members who are allergic to them, I am tragically unable to adopt my own pup. I would, however, love to take care of yours. I'm not a runner, but I can walk briskly with your dog, and give them lots of attention. I'm currently a student at UCSD (with the intent of going to law school in a few years) and I am available at time I don't have class. I've cat-sitted for years, and even fish-sitted, but I will have no problem taking care of dogs. I was a consistent dog walker/dog sitter for two years, and I am looking to get back into it.
